Interesting fact
When I was 19, I went travelling around the South of Thailand for three months. I was in Koh Samui, minding my own business, when an entire glass roof collapsed on my head. I had cuts and scrapes on my head, but managed to walk away with only a big scar on my shoulder. A wicked story and a night of free cocktails!
Hospitality
Whilst at college, Jade’s hospitality journey began as a bartender for Mitchell’s and Butlers. She soon developed a passion for the fast-paced nature of hospitality which suited her natural ability to multi-task. Jade rose through the ranks from bar service and restaurant service straight to the in-house management programme where she completed her Personal License to become an Assistant Manager. Developing the necessary skills, she flourished and was ready to begin the process of working towards a General Manager role. Following the arrival of her family, Jade moved back to her hometown, returning to a full time Assistant Manager position before the pandemic struck. It was shortly after that Jade decided it was time for a change of career.
