Interesting Fact 

“I’m obsessed with sharks. My goal is to swim with as many species as I can. I’ve swam with lemon, nurse, bull, black and white tip, and whale sharks. 

Career

Lauren gained valuable F&B experience when she was backpacking around Australia working as a barista, bartender, and waitress. On her return to the UK, she started working for a hospitality recruitment agency but due to the pandemic was furloughed. During this time Lauren studied to become a dental nurse. Although she had a great experience, she felt her calling to Recruitment and joined Platinum’s Food & Beverage division. 

Social 

A lover of the beach, Lauren now enjoys living within walking distance. Her favourite weekend would consist of a walk along the promenade with her pup with an oat milk latte followed by a roast dinner washed down with a glass of Malbec.
