Hospitality 
Lidia worked in the hospitality industry from the age of 16. She moved up the ladder, taking on shift manager and assistant manager positions for a popular fast-food restaurant and café. After the lockdown, she decided to leave her hometown of Cheltenham and move to Poole and start a career in recruitment. Lidia worked in industrial recruitment before joining Platinum and now works as a strong link within the Dorset & Hampshire Chefs team. 

Social 
Lidia likes to keep busy at the weekends whether it’s trying out new restaurants and bars, day trips with friends, or scenic walks around Dorset. A big music fan, she also loves going to gigs and festivals when she can.
