In my younger days I lived and worked in Thailand as a Dive Master for PADI


After 15 successful years working in the city, Mark joined Platinum’s Elite Chef team in 2012. After completing a degree in Culinary Arts and working with some fantastic properties around the UK, he’s now hung up his whites and puts his knowledge into finding talented and driven chefs roles within the UK’s finest establishments.


My first loves are my two amazing daughters that I spend as much time with as possible. If we’re not bowling, roller skating, walking or swimming then I’m normally being bullied into watching the latest chick flick.  The 3 of us have a joint love for food and more importantly a love for cooking!  Any rare spare opportunity is spent either thinking about or creating new dishes with a natural leaning towards Asian cuisine.

Over the years I have worked in many offices, none of which have the camaraderie or team spirit that Platinum does.
