I have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and ran three Marathons for charity
After graduating from Bournemouth Uni with a 2:1 in Tourism Management, Hollie worked for British Airways as Cabin Crew before her role as a Corporate Receptionist took her to Sydney for 6 months. On her return to the UK, Hollie joined an agency specialising in Hospitality and recruited both Chefs and Front of House.
I have always loved dancing and performed on the Mayflower stage in Southampton as a teenager. I am currently part of a dance team called The Neptune Girls who are all about empowering people to feel confident in their own skin through dance. I also enjoy running and try to take part in at least a couple of running events throughout the year. Most recently I ran in the Great South Run.
After a short while recruiting facilities management roles for a leading UK company – I realised that I really missed the pace of a hospitality desk and so made the decision to return to hospitality recruitment. I was already familiar with Platinum as they were previously one of my competitors – and I was very impressed with the website and the company ethos. The team here are fantastic, friendly and so professional.
I definitely feel I have made the right choice and I am very excited to see what the future holds with my career at Platinum.
