Hospitality

After completing a Hospitality Management HND in 2000, Rachael joined Compass and worked at many of the UK’s largest sporting events. It was through this experience that she found her love and passion for recruitment.  In 2011 Rachael joined the Platinum family. Since then she has dedicated her time and energies towards developing business through working in partnership with existing clients whilst developing new partnerships. In 2012 she was promoted to Partner, 2016 promoted to Director of Business Development and in 2019, promoted to Director/Owner.
Along with her new role she continues to focus on Platinum’s Regional and Chef Division as well as organizing a busy Trade Show Diary.

Social

My life is all about my family, in particular the 3 men in my life that keep me very busy! From spending quality time with my husband sharing our love of food and wine to exploring new parts of the country and the beautiful area we’re lucky enough to live in.  Life is always a juggle but my 2 boys are the focus for my future, presenting every opportunity and developing them into kind, caring and successful young men in whatever life path they take. As a Mum, I have a busy time ahead! When I have time to relax, I enjoy Yoga, playing the piano and socially organising friends and family to get together.
