Hospitality
Sonny spent the first 15 years working in Hospitality in different capacities. From Operations Manager at The Stones Hotel in Salisbury to Area Manager for The Dancing Moose Group. Once his second child was born, he decided to start his own wedding catering company which was sadly affected and closed during COVID. Soon after, he started a small Logistics company but once the lockdowns were lifted, he headed back to the industry that he was most passionate about; hospitality. 

Social
Outside of work Sonny loves no more than taking his two sons hiking, swimming, and for water sports. Living on the Bournemouth coast, they are lucky to be able to enjoy the beautiful outside just on their doorstep. When he is not up a mountain or in the water, Sonny spends his spare time in the gym (even if only to sit in the sauna and steam room.)
